BDC Official Housing

The official conference hotel for BDC 2026 is the Orlando World Center Marriott. Specially negotiated discounted room rates and daily resort fee are available by booking hotel accommodations through the BDC room block.

Please note the following reservations and cancellation policies to help NBDF continue to build and maintain relationships with partner hotels, enabling us to negotiate lower rates for our community.

Reservation

To avail of the discounted room rate, refer to the hotel accommodations information in your conference registration confirmation email. NBDF does not accept hotel reservations for unregistered participants. A 2026 BDC registration number is required for reservations. Reservations completed without first completing the BDC registration will be cancelled. Reservations are on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to availability at the time of booking. The hotel reservation link will be closed on Friday, June 19, 2026 (subject to availability). 

Hotel accommodations can only be booked online. The hotel will not accept reservations by phone.

To ensure you are using the correct room block reservation link, the page will display the 2026 BDC logo, event name, and dates. A credit card is required to guarantee the reservation.

  • Exclusive of taxes and fees, currently as follows:
    • Room Tax - 15.25%
    • Discounted daily resort fee - $35++, that includes:
      • Enhanced in-room wireless internet for up to 6 devices
      • Daily scheduled shuttle service to Disney Parks for up to 4 guests
      • Nightly scheduled shuttle service to Disney Springs for up to 4 guests
      • Daily admission to River Falls Water Park for up to 4 guests

  • Standard Run of House - one king bed or two queen beds room type

  • Maximum Number of Guests Allowed per Room: Four (4) people (children 17 years old and below stay for free, additional fee of $20++ each per night for the 3rd and 4th adult)

Daily Incidentals Fee

Upon check-in, the hotel will authorize the room and tax, plus $100 per night for incidentals. This authorization is posted to your account as a pending transaction. Unused incidentals funds will not be charged and are typically released 24-48 hours after departure. It is strongly discouraged to use a debit card, as authorization will place a withdrawal on your account at check-in, and any unused funds will be re-deposited into your account 5-10 business days after check-out.

Deposit Policy

Each hotel room reservation requires a valid credit card. A one-night hotel room and tax will be charged as a deposit on August 5, 2026.

Cancellation Policies and Schedule

  • Cancellation received before August 5, 2026: No cancellation fees.
  • Cancellation received on or after August 5, 2026: One night's reservation deposit will be retained, and no refund will be provided.
  • No-shows and early departures: One night's reservation deposit will be retained, and no refund will be provided.
  • All cancellation notices and requests should be emailed to Johanna Ong at jong@bleeding.org.

Unauthorized Housing

Please be vigilant if approached by any company or service that implies or claims to be an official housing provider for NBDF's Bleeding Disorders Conference. We have been made aware of housing companies or travel agencies that may aggressively pursue BDC attendees to book guest rooms through their company at supposedly significant discounts and with more flexible cancellation policies. Some emails may be phishing attempts, so be careful before clicking any links or providing credit card information. The only way to book group accommodations and hospitality suites for the Bleeding Disorders Conference is through NBDF’s Conference and Travel Services department. NBDF is not liable for any losses for any reservations made outside of NBDF’s room block. If you are contacted by an unauthorized housing company or receive a suspicious email, please contact us immediately.
