Registration Categories
Consumer
Person 18 years or older with a bleeding disorder or a family member/caretaker of a person with a bleeding disorder.
Please note that all individuals employed by pharmaceutical companies or specialty pharmacies must register for the BDC event under the Industry, Exhibitor, or Provider categories, as applicable. This requirement applies regardless of whether such individuals are also consumers.
Registration Includes:

NBDF Chapter Staff
Must be an employee or board member of an affiliated National Bleeding Disorders Chapter.

Government/Non-Profit Employee
Please note: Attendees registered as Government/Non-Profit Employee do not have early/after-hours access to the Exhibit Hall. To access the Exhibit Hall before or after open hours, you must be registered as an Exhibitor: Full Access or Exhibit Only.

Medical Student
An individual currently studying pre-med or working towards an MD or other postdoctoral degree and interested in the field of bleeding disorders. Also, any physical therapy, social work, nursing, or pharmacy students who have not yet achieved their degree.

Healthcare Professionals: Nurse, Pharmacist, Physical Therapist, Physician, Researcher, Social Worker
Qualified attendees are eligible to receive continuing education credits.
Please note: Attendees registered as Healthcare Professionals do not have early/after-hours access to the Exhibit Hall. To access the Exhibit Hall before or after open hours, you must be registered as an Exhibitor: Full Access.

An individual working in a hospital or home healthcare environment, such as Pharmacy Tech/Assistant, Lab Personnel, Data Manager, Nutritionist, etc.
Based upon the specific medical accreditation and credits offered at this conference, not all attendees registered under the ‘Other Healthcare Professional’ category can receive continuing education credits.

Teen Track registration is for those 13-17 years of age who want to attend NBDF's Bleeding Disorders Conference.

Kids Program (2 Days)
Our Kids Program is for children 12 years old and younger. The deadline to register for the Kids Program is Friday, July 10, 2026.
Registration Includes:
- Friday & Saturday program
- Supervision by a licensed childcare provider
- Daily meals, including morning snack, lunch, & afternoon snack
- Admission to networking & social events
- Educational sessions for 9-12 years old group

Individuals working at for-profit companies/corporations (pharmaceuticals/homecare/pharmacy, investment, market research firms, blood banks, etc.). Qualified attendees are eligible to receive continuing education credits.
