March 4, Wednesday

  • Arrivals
  • 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM  -  State-Based Advocacy Coalitions Luncheon (by invitation only)
  • 2:00 PM to 3:30 PM  -  Industry Stakeholder Meeting (by invitation only)
  • 3:30 PM to 5:00 PM -  Name Badge Pick Up
  • 5:00 PM to 6:30 PM  -  Washington Days Training
  • 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM  -  Working Dinner with State Teams. A buffet dinner will be served.

March 5, Thursday 

  • 7:30 AM to 8:30 AM  -  Breakfast pastries, coffee, tea, and juice will be served
  • 8:30 AM to 9:30 AM  -  Legislative Briefing (to be held at the hotel)
  • 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM  -  Legislative Appointments at the Hill
  • 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM  -  Advocates Recognition Dinner. A buffet dinner will be served.

March 6, Friday 

  • 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM  -  Breakfast pastries, coffee, tea, and juice will be served
